Simple Crisps

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 1/4 cups Flour -- whole or
Multi-grain
3 tbs. Vegetable oil
1/3 cup Water
1/2 tsp. Bone meal (This is the kind that you buy
1 in health food
stores.)
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients, roll out on baking sheet, lightly
cut into biscuits. Bake approx. 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool,
break apart. Store in airtight container.
