Liver Squares

Recipe:
1-1/2 c. wheat germ
3 eggs
3 lb. liver, chopped
Garlic
1-1/2 c. cornmeal
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients and puree in food processor. Spread on well-greased cookie sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Cut into squares, freeze, and use as needed.
