Dog Biscuits

Recipe:
2.00 c Whole wheat
0.50 c Oat flour
0.25 c Fresh chopped chives
1.00 tb Dried chopped lovage leaves
0.25 c Brewers yeast
1.00 lg Finely chopped garlic clove
1.00 c Cooked brown rice
0.50 c Corn meal
0.25 c Dry milk
0.25 c Parsley flakes
1.00 c Chicken broth
1.00 ts Salt
1.00 Egg white slightly beaten for glaze.
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl, and blend together. this dough should be fairly stiff. if it is too soft, add some more oat flour, if too stiff add more broth. Roll the dough onto a well floured board to about 1/4 inch thick, then either cut to the desired shape, or use a cookie cutter. transphere the biscuits to cookie sheets. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 mins, then turn off the oven and leave them in for another 20 mins and brush with egg whites for glaze. leave the biscuits over night to cure. Store in an air tight container.
