Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 1/4 cup cake flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup olive oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup water

Mix all ingredients together then turn out onto a lightly floured surface
and knead. On a cookie sheet, that has been sprayed with a nonstick spray,
form small (2x2 inch) pizza bases. Set aside.

Pizza Sauce and Toppings:
1 tomato
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon cilantro

In a food processor, blend tomato, tomato puree and garlic. Brush mixture
over pizza crust. Sprinkle the remaining toppings evenly over the pizza bases. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
